Our roots trace back to 2020, when the company began in the Philippines as a small, project-based resourcing firm founded by three senior engineers. What started as a modest venture quickly grew into a reliable partner for businesses navigating the uncertain times of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even in a world of remote work and shifting business models, the company thrived, delivering high-quality technical resources and dependable support that helped clients adapt and succeed.
By 2023, the business expanded its reach beyond the Philippines, beginning to provide remote IT resources to New Zealand companies. The demand for skilled professionals who could work seamlessly across borders allowed the company to establish a strong reputation for reliability, flexibility, and trust.
In 2025, a major transformation took place. The company underwent a strategic restructure, introducing new leadership and a broader vision. The name was changed to LinkSphere IT, marking a new chapter of expansion into Australia and the Pacific Islands. This shift wasn’t just about rebranding, it was about redefining what the company stood for: a unified sphere of connected solutions, bridging expertise across regions and industries.
Soon after, LinkSphere IT was absorbed and evolved into what is now ByteGrid Solutions, a name that reflects strength, scalability, and versatility. This transition allowed the company to diversify its portfolio, extending beyond traditional IT services into non-IT solutions, catering to the ever-changing needs of businesses in a digitally transforming world.
The restructure served as a pivotal step, allowing ByteGrid Solutions to refine its service offerings and create a well-defined solutions framework tailored to meet the evolving demands of both existing and new clients. Today, the company stands as a comprehensive solutions provider, offering stable, structured, and forward-thinking support that empowers organisations to grow confidently in the modern landscape.
Though ByteGrid Solutions was officially registered in New Zealand in 2025, its foundation and expertise have been built over five solid years of proven operations, experience, and continuous innovation.
